At Anesu Restorative Care, you will be providing direct patient care and assisting the Nurse Practitioner in treating patients with neuropathy and chronic pain You will be assisting with answering phones, making appointments, following up with leads, insurance vetting and insurance precertifications/preauthorizations We are here to help you succeed!
Responsibilities:
- Check daily schedules and make any plans to improve workflow
- Prepare patients for initial consultations, follow ups and treatment sessions
- Assist patient with treatment sessions
- Preceritifications
- Preauthorizations
- Insurance Vetting of patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintain and order medical and office supplies as needed
- Provide refill requests and upload patient information into EMR
- EMR experience with RXNT or Tebra a plus
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Prepare and organize patient treatment charts
- Assist office and medical staff as needed with daily needs
Qualifications:
- Two years of Office Assistant experience in an outpatient office setting (highly preferred)
- Spanish speaking ability is a huge plus (not required)
- Ability to learn new skills and problem solve
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate, positive and caring demeanor
- Working knowledge of insurance precertification, referrals and preauthorizations a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortability with calling new leads for help and treatment

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
