ASPA offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:
Starting Salary $213K
Salary based on years’ experience, up to $260K base salary for experienced CRNAs
Sign on Bonus opportunities up to $50K
No weekends or call shifts
W2 full time position
Premium and incentive shifts available at some sites
6 weeks PTO, 7 paid holidays

For over 30 years, ASPA’s commitment to excellence in caregiver experience and in patient care has enabled us to remain the largest anesthesia group in Delaware, and one of the largest private practice anesthesia groups in the country. We currently provide services at 3 hospitals, 3 office-based practices, and 7 ASCs across Delaware and Pennsylvania.
