Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history evaluations.
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to diagnose conditions accurately.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Perform chiropractic adjustments and therapies, including trigger point therapy and pain management techniques.
- Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and self-care practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical imaging results and treatment outcomes.
Experience
- A Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Proven experience in patient observation, assessment, and management of acute pain conditions is preferred.
- Familiarity with primary care practices and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of medical imaging techniques and their application in chiropractic care is beneficial.
