- Certifications: Board Certified, MD State Licenses

- Credentialing time frame: 30-45 days from completion of facility application
- Schedule: Days, 4-5x8 days -- no call, no weekends
- Length of Assignment: 3 months w/ extension availability
- Case Types: Ortho, ENT, Neuro/Spine, General, Plastics, GYN
- EMR: Paper Charting
