Assignment Opportunity:

• Credentialing time frame: 60-90 days from completion of facility application
• Schedule: Days. 5x8 weekly. No call. No weekend. Need full time coverage.
• Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
• Case Types: Orthopedics, gen surg, gyn surg, ortho spine, urology, GI, minor vascular, breast surgery. No pediatrics, Crani's or hearts. Provider must be able to perform normal blocks and spinals.
• EMR: EPIC
