Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled, strategic Regional RCM Administrator, based in the greater Columbus, Ohio area, to lead revenue cycle performance for a multi-facility anesthesia practice operating across a premier network of hospitals and surgical centers in Ohio. This leader will bring deep expertise in anesthesia billing and accounts receivable (A/R) management to guide end-to-end revenue cycle operations—from claims submission through payment resolution—while influencing cross-functional teams and facility partners to drive measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day A/R and revenue cycle operations, ensuring timely collection of insurance and patient pacross multiple care settings.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on production and A/R KPIs; identify trends, recommend corrective actions, and implement performance improvements.
- Partner with client and practice leaders to ensure protocol compliance, operational consistency, and a strong controls environment.
- Provide timely, accurate A/R status reports and payment trend insights to Practice Leadership and the Anesthesia Dynamics Client Engagement team.
- Participate in strategic planning to align RCM performance with broader business goals, growth initiatives, and margin targets.
- Lead implementation of new RCM protocols, workflows, and technology tools to increase efficiency and throughput.
- Resolve escalated billing and patient account issues; collaborate with the Patient Advocate Department as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer rules, managed care contracts, and applicable federal and state regulations.
- Track industry, payer, and regulatory changes impacting anesthesia billing and reimbursement, and operationalize required updates.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience.

Requirements:What You Bring
- Minimum 6 years in healthcare revenue cycle management, including at least 3 years focused on anesthesia billing.
- Strong working knowledge of payer rules, managed care contracts, denials management, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead and influence across multiple locations, with a track record of improving KPIs.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with complex billing structures and multi-site operations.
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- HIPAA certification preferred.
