Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Enterprise MDM implementations using Reltio, Informatica MDM, Profisee, or SAP MDG
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource plans
- Manage cross-functional teams including MDM Architects, Developers, Data Stewards, Business Analysts, and Integration teams
- Drive data governance, data quality, and master data strategy workshops
- Oversee data models, match & merge rules, survivorship logic, hierarchy management, and integrations
- Manage project risks, dependencies, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure successful UAT, data migration, cutover, and production go-live
- Drive MDM best practices and business value realization
