Job Summary
Seeking an experienced MES Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing to lead multiple MES implementations, drive solution architecture, and partner with business and technical teams to deliver scalable MES solutions.
Required Experience
- 15 years of overall IT experience.
- 7 years of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience.
- Strong experience in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
- Led 2 end-to-end MES implementations and solution architecture initiatives.
- Expertise in:
- Business Requirements Gathering
- Fit-Gap Analysis
- Functional Process Design
- Data Mapping
- Functional & Technical Specifications
- System Configuration & Testing (INT/UAT)
- Solution Delivery & Customer Support
- Process Documentation
- Onsite/Offshore Delivery Models
- Experience using analytics and metrics to improve manufacturing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MES solution architecture and implementation initiatives.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable MES solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Drive functional and technical design, testing, and delivery.
- Provide leadership and best practices for MES implementations within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
