Position Overview

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an experienced HR Systems & Fusion Data Intelligence Lead / SME to lead and support Oracle Fusion HR systems and data intelligence initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion across multiple HR functions and phases.

• Proven experience working as an Oracle Fusion HCM/HR Systems SME or Lead.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR business processes and systems.

• Experience with Fusion Data Intelligence, HR analytics, and reporting.

• Ability to work with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Relevant Oracle certifications

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
