What are the responsibilities and job description for the Artist Studio Operations Intern position at Aneesa Rafia?
About the Studio
Ayanna Aneesa Rafia is a multidisciplinary artist working across painting and photography. Based in Brooklyn, NY, her practice explores how bodies, memory, and environments shape one another through architecture and quiet moments of daily life.
Aneesa Rafia holds a BFA from the University of Michigan and studied interior architecture in Copenhagen, Denmark, experiences that expanded her interest in the emotional and narrative potential of physical space.
Alongside her studio practice, Aneesa Rafia engages with the broader contemporary art ecosystem through archival work, exhibitions, research, and collaborative cultural initiatives.
