Responsibilities

• Facilitate the buying and selling of securities on behalf of clients, ensuring timely execution of trades.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and research to advise clients on investment opportunities aligned with their objectives.
• Negotiate terms and prices with clients and other brokers to secure favorable outcomes.
• Stay informed about securities law, regulatory requirements, and market trends to ensure compliance and optimal decision-making.
• Utilize financial software such as Bloomberg and other tools for market analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio management.
• Perform risk analysis to identify potential threats to client investments and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
• Provide ongoing asset management services, including portfolio review, rebalancing, and performance reporting.
• Maintain detailed records of transactions and client communications in accordance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with research teams to gather insights on market conditions, economic indicators, and emerging investment opportunities.
