Remote Career Coaching Sales Base+ Commission

Looking to add one additional, skilled sales professional who appreciates a product that actually changes lives. We help clients define their career paths and get hired! This position can be in office, hybrid or fully remote. Our current sales reps work remotely and have a year to two years in the role each. Our staff consists of three resume writers, 5 career coaches, an Operation Manager and sales reps. Most of our coaching/admin staff have at least three years of tenure. Our writers have been with us typically 5-8 years each. This role could be heavy part-time, possibly full-time. Commission is extraordinary and is paid twice a month. You can sell on a Monday and receive commission on a Friday if it aligns with the payroll process. That's quite unique! We do provide a base salary on top of the commissions even at the part time level.

What this job requires is STRONG closing ability along with the unique sensitivity to relate directly and effectively with individuals going through dramatic life change or stress. Previous higher ticket sales experience is important. We have coached CIOs of Fortune 500 companies, multiple Managing Directors of America's largest banks, over 3000 clients and have a 12-year track record of national coaching.

This role requires minimal cold calling but is a consultative sales process with incoming Google and Bing / Meta based leads. We have part time reps currently making commissions of 2,500 dollars to 4,500 dollars monthly (on top of the base pay). We have had part-time sales reps making over 2700 dollars commissions in just two weeks even within the last 30 days.
