About the Role:
Andy Shaw Ford is looking for a motivated and reliable Body Shop Detailer/Shop Assistant to join our team! This position plays a key role in keeping our body shop running smoothly by ensuring repaired vehicles look their best and providing hands-on support to our technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Detail and clean vehicles after body repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop
- Distribute body shop parts and materials as needed
- Assist body shop personnel with various tasks and projects
- Safely move vehicles around the lot and shop areas
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed
