Andy's Xpress Wash is looking for a confident manager to help run our Lakewood location. Someone with a strong drive to push sales, and provide excellent customer service, along with working as a team, and taking initiative to keep the carwash running clean and like a dream.

The Car wash assistant manager is responsible to support the General Manager for keeping the car wash team upbeat and positive, learning the system and how the wash works and projecting current and new promotions to the rest of the team proactively.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service
• 1 year of manager experience.

Preferred: Experience with ICS car wash system,

Experience with car wash maintaining.

Car Wash:
Push to up sell for monthly memberships, better washes , and itemized products along with knowing product information for sales.

• Provide high-quality customer service in accordance with our company standards.
• Operate a computerized auto sentry for customers car wash purchase.
• Receive, verify and stock delivered merchandise and place in appropriate storage area.
• Perform daily inventory counts, as applicable.
• Assist customers with any issues.
• Maintain and clean various areas of the car wash to include but not limited to restrooms inside, parking perimeter and dispensers.

Responsibilities:

· Wash vehicles

· Clean wheels, windows, and exterior surfaces

· Help guide cars into the wash area

· Keep the work area clean

· Complete opening procedures, daily checklists, and visual inspections.

· Maintain parking lots, wash bays, vacuums, and all customer-facing areas.

· Remove trash, sweep debris, pressure wash surfaces, and ensure tidy landscaping.

· Report all building or site issues with detailed service tickets and photos.

· Complete weekly soap inventory and submit restock orders.

· Assist with restocking basic consumables and maintenance supplies.

· Interact professionally with customers on site.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift and/or climb, reach with hands and arms.
• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Regularly required to lift heavy weights (50 pounds or greater) above shoulder height.
• Regularly required to move heavy weights (250 pounds or greater) along ground.
• Maintain an upright standing position for an excess of 8 hours.
• Finger dexterity and hand coordination required.
• Specific vision abilities required for this job include: close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust or focus.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
