You will also be responsible for morning pick ups, interaction with clients, uploading social media stories and help with cleaning the common dog areas when asked.
Responsibilities
- Lead energetic and safe walks for dogs, ensuring they receive proper exercise and mental stimulation
- Monitor dogs closely during walks, using animal restraint techniques to keep pets and people safe
- Provide basic dog training cues to reinforce good behavior during outings
- Communicate effectively with pet owners about their pet’s behavior, health, and special needs
- Make morning pick ups for longtime clients and drive them safely back to Andy's K9 Corner
- Uphold high standards of animal handling to ensure each pet’s comfort and happiness
- Upload instagram stories to the business account in a fun and tasteful way
- Be willing and able to clean the common dog areas whenever requested
Experience
- Prior experience in dog walking, handling or pet sitting is highly preferred
- Knowledge of dog training techniques and veterinary experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with pet owners and team members
- Have a clean driving record
- Have a solid understand of social media and current trends

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
