About the Role:
Andy’s Auto Body is hiring an auto body technician who can complete most nonstructural collision repairs independently. This role is a fit for someone with solid hands-on experience who can follow repair plans, produce quality work, and ask the right questions when a repair requires additional direction.

Responsibilities:

• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles to complete collision repairs.
• Repair or replace panels, bumpers, fenders, doors, hoods, and other nonstructural components.
• Perform body filler work, sanding, blocking, and preparation for refinishing.
• Identify hidden damage and communicate additional repair needs.
• Read and follow repair plans, OEM procedures, and shop safety requirements.
• Complete work to quality and productivity standards with limited supervision.

Qualifications:

• Approximately 2-5 years of collision or auto body repair experience.
• Ability to complete most nonstructural repairs independently.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and teamwork.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• I-CAR, ASE, or OEM training and experience with CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex are preferred.
• Must have a basic set of personal tools to bring to work.
