Job Overview
Andy Mohr is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our growing sales team at the dealership. This position is responsible for overseeing compliance, contracts, working with lenders, CITs, funding, communicating with customers, selling products, and all other aspects of finalizing a purchase for a customer. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, compliance to local/state/Fed laws, product knowledge, systems knowledge, and much more. If you have a track record of success as a finance manager in both PVR, CSI, and bank relations we would like to chat with you. Duties
- Manage CITs, Paperwork, and submissions to ensure compliance
- Track progress.
- Collect funds for down payments.
- Work with sales managers, sales reps, and BDC to help finalize deals.
- Communicate with bank reps and other vendors to stay relevant in industry.
- Prepare regulatory reporting.
- Attend training as provided
Requirements
- Proven experience in F&I
- Strong knowledge with indirect lending.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
