Job description and responsibilities
Managing inbound/outbound calls, emails, and text messages for internet leads that convert into showroom visits /appointments. Using the tools provided to you such as scripts and training to provide customer satisfaction.
- Lead Management: Responding promptly to internet inquiries, phone calls, and text messages. Including both outbound and inbound calls.
- Appointment Setting: This includes scheduling appointments and confirming appointments to reduce no – shows.
- Outbound Follow up: conducting a high volume of outbound calls (50-150 per day), sending emails and text to keep the customer engaged until you set an appointment.
- CRM Data Entry: insuring accurate up to date customer records in the CRM. This includes names, phone numbers and email addresses for marketing.
- Providing Customer Experience: Addressing customers’ concerns and providing accurate information.
- Product Knowledge: Staying current on vehicle inventory, pricing, promotions, and incentives.
- Follow up for co – workers: Responding to customer inquiries when a co- worker is out of the office.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
