Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow-up with customer service-related tasks.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service may include responding to inquiries regarding available insurance products, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing inquiries.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based conversation to determine if other products are appropriate.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive

• Hourly plus bonus pay (up to 30 hours/week)

Requirements

• Highly organized
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Previous work experience indicating a track record of success with above requirements
• Bilingual in Spanish valued, but not required
• Proficiency in computer literacy
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain prior to employment start date)
