Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow-up with customer service-related tasks.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service may include responding to inquiries regarding available insurance products, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing inquiries.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based conversation to determine if other products are appropriate.
- Hourly plus bonus pay (up to 30 hours/week)
