MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum of 18 years of age.
· Clear a criminal background check.
· High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to allow differently-abled individuals to perform the essential functions of the job.
Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers. Pushing/pulling/carrying lifting may include up to 25 lbs (event evacuation), stair climbing. Ability to sit, twist, turn, bend as required to perform duties within the facility. Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree in criminal justice is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Must be able to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Skills:
- Strong observational and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or public-facing roles is a plus.
- Advanced Training: Additional certifications in conflict resolution, first aid, or surveillance systems are beneficial.
- Driver’s License: For roles that require vehicle patrols.
