The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for effectively leading all FOH and BOH food and beverage operations. This position is tasked with training, developing, and coaching team members to ensure best-in-class service, a quality product offering, and a top-notch guest experience. This position is also responsible for overseeing specific business functions including, but not limited to, ordering, staffing, inventory, and routine reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspire memorable experiences by providing top-notch service and remaining attentive to guest needs.
- Interact with guests to ensure the best guest experience.
- Ensure menu items are prepared according to company recipes and standards.
- Uphold operational procedures, food and alcohol safety, and quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance.
- Lead, support, and develop food and beverage staff.
- Manage staffing, training, and hiring for respective departments.
- Maintain labor costs in alignment with budgets.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and routine reporting.
- Delegate tasks and empower team members.
- Maximize in-center revenue and manage Cost of Goods Sold.
- Conduct opening/closing duties, cash handling, and deposits.
- Other duties as assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- A minimum of one year of cash handling, serving, bartending, or back-of-house experience is required.
- Frequently lift to 20 lbs.; occasionally to 50 lbs.
- Ability to frequently work in areas of up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Must have ABLE license and ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire.
- Excellent time management, communication, and organization skills.
- Must pass a background screening and pre-employment drug test
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Genuine enthusiasm and competitive nature.
- Successful completion of food handling and alcohol certifications required by local and state governments.
