What You’ll Do:
As a Contract Outpatient Therapist, you will:
Provide outpatient therapy services to clients across the lifespan, with a focus on evidence-based, client-centered care.
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver ongoing psychotherapy.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency standards.
Collaborate with other providers, care managers, and families as appropriate to support holistic care.
Operate with flexibility and autonomy in managing your caseload and scheduling.
Work primarily remotely, with in-person sessions as clinically appropriate or client-preferred.
What You’ll Bring:
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and current LCSW, LCPC or LMFT licensure in the state of Maine.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills.
Experience providing therapy via telehealth platforms.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
