What You’ll Do
- Lead, supervise, and coach a team of Behavioral Case Managers working in home and community settings
- Provide clinical guidance on complex cases, care planning, and crisis management
- Support staff with time management, documentation standards, and caseload balancing
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational standards
- Facilitate team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing training
- Partner with internal teams and community resources to strengthen care coordination
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce barriers, and enhance team effectiveness
What You Bring
- Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW, LCPC) in Maine
- Experience supervising or mentoring case managers or care coordination teams
- Strong understanding of behavioral health case management, community resources, and social determinants of health
- Ability to support staff through high-complexity, high-emotion cases
- Clear, compassionate communication and strong organizational skills
