What You'll Do
As a member of our restaurant leadership team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while developing a culture where employees love coming to work.
Responsibilities may include:
- Lead the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Inspire, coach, mentor, and develop both management and hourly team members.
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new employees.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability, respect, and hospitality.
- Ensure every guest receives an outstanding dining experience by resolving concerns quickly and professionally.
- Manage labor scheduling while controlling labor costs and maximizing productivity.
- Monitor food, beverage, and inventory costs to achieve financial goals.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance.
- Oversee cash handling, deposits, and operational procedures.
- Conduct coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and disciplinary conversations when necessary.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and equipment standards.
- Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Build strong relationships within the local community and represent the company with professionalism.
- Lead by example with energy, integrity, accountability, and a passion for hospitality.
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant management experience (Assistant General Manager, General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- A passion for developing people and building successful teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
