Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas within the facility.
- Ensure all rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained according to established standards.
- Handle laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
