Manufacturing & Warehouse Associate

Hiring dependable, motivated individuals to join our manufacturing and warehouse team.

This is a hands-on position supporting day-to-day production, packaging, inventory, warehouse organization, and general facility operations. We’re looking for people who take initiative, work efficiently, pay attention to detail, and can stay productive without needing constant direction.

No previous manufacturing experience is required for the right candidate. We are willing to train individuals who are reliable, learn quickly, and have a strong work ethic.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist with daily manufacturing and production operations.
• Operate basic production, packaging, and processing equipment after training.
• Prepare materials and workstations for production runs.
• Package, label, weigh, count, and organize finished products.
• Follow production instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain inventory organization.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Pick and prepare products and materials for outgoing orders.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, work surfaces, and production areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Move materials and supplies throughout the facility as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Identify and report equipment, inventory, or quality issues to management.
• Assist other departments when production needs change.
• Follow all company safety, quality, sanitation, and operating procedures.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
• Take initiative in identifying the next priority when assigned work is completed.
• Perform other production and warehouse duties as needed.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, packaging, fulfillment, laboratory, or inventory experience is preferred but not required.
• Equipment or machinery experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position. Employees must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently use hands to handle products, tools, equipment, and packaging materials.
• Regularly bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Safely lift and move at least 30 lbs.
• Perform repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail.
• Work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
• Day shifts.
• Weekday availability required.
• Occasional schedule flexibility may be required depending on production needs.

Compensation

Starting pay: $14.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
