THE ANDRITZ GROUP is a globally leading supplier of plants, equipment, and services for hydropower stations, the pulp and paper industry, the metalworking and steel industries, and solid/liquid separation in the municipal and industrial sectors. In addition, ANDRITZ offers technologies for certain other sectors including automation, the production of animal feed and biomass pellets, pumps, machinery for nonwovens and plastic films, steam boiler plants, biomass boilers and gasification plants for energy generation, flue gas cleaning plants, plants for the production of panel boards (MDF), thermal sludge utilization, and biomass torrefaction plants.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Two years of experience as an Accounting Clerk, Accountant or Project Administrator.
• Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

Major responsibilities are listed but not necessarily limited to the following duties:

• Coordinate and/or perform the following activities for the NA PKR Group:
  • Enter and acknowledge sales orders in SAP.
  • Audit all orders to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to entering order.
  • Coordinate monthly project reviews with Project Managers
  • Utilize APCO to enter and maintain project forecasts, working with project managers for accuracy.
  • Coordinate APIS process and work with project managers to ensure updated and approved.
  • NCR entry with assistance from project managers
  • Work closely with PKR management and project managers on potential problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate all Hedging activities
  • Manage billing plans (AR invoicing)
  • Manage open GR/IR
  • Along with Controller work on policies, procedures and training for PKR staff.
  • Assist with other project accounting functions as needed.
