Responsibilities
- Educate clients on life insurance products and coverage options
- conduct needs-based consultations to recommend suitable policies
- Generate and follow up with leads ( company-provided and self-generate)
- Assist clients and applications, underwriting, and policy delivery
- Building long term relationships and provide ongoing client support
- Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining ethical sales practices
- Stay up to date on insurance products, regulations, and market trends
Qualifications
- Life Insurance License ( or willingness to obtain one-training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Sales or customer service experience preferred ( not required)
- Highschool diploma or equivalent minimum required
