RESPONSIBILITES:
- Prepare ongoing investor communication and information requests.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors and investment consultants.
- Compile, and maintain portfolio, performance and organization statistics and information.
- Prepare and coordinate routine deliverables such as investor reporting and responses to investor requests, including financial, operational, and legal due diligence.
- Under the supervision of the Investor Relations Senior Manager, prepare non-routine, special communications as requested, to include but not limited to researching and coordinating responses to investor and consultant inquiries, questionnaires, or requests for proposals.
- Assist with the production of printed materials, such as marketing presentations, periodic reports and conference materials.
- Coordinate clearance process and ensure full-sign off prior to submitting responses.
- Perform investor-related month-end valuation tasks as assigned on the M&F month-end closing checklist.
- Follow established procedures for tracking participant account activity.
- Coordinate the creation, merger and elimination of investor accounts with the Transfer Agent.
- Coordinate with other Division staff on marketing and/or labor relations activity involving current investors.
- Track and interface with Transfer Agent on participant investments and redemptions.
- Produce periodic reports on participants and participant activity.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS in Accounting or Finance
- 2-3 years’ experience in audit, consulting, or financial services
- CPA a plus
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Motivated individual capable of producing an accurate and timely work product.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; enthusiastic, collaborative team player, and self-starter with a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with positive results.
