What are the responsibilities and job description for the TCOMI Transitional Case Manager position at Andrews Center?
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in social, behavioral or human services. Experience in mental health services and criminal justice preferred.
Will assist with identifying, assessing and linking the clients to Andrews Center and community services. Will provide crisis intervention and monitoring at the client's home and other location as needed. Will provide education to criminal justice agencies and clients regarding MH and MR treatment and services. Extensive travel is required.
