We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Business Development Representative to support ongoing growth efforts. This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and helping customers explore insurance and financial services options.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients through your personal and professional networks, referrals, leads, social media, and community events (sales).
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Build relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services.
- Educate customers to help them decide the right insurance coverages and/or financial services options.
- Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and local events.
- Track activity goals and contribute to office business and development objectives.
- Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
