Overview
This position is 1st shift Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technician Trainee to join our dynamic team. This is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations and heavy equipment handling. As a Technician Trainee, you will be trained in various aspects of manufacturing and warehouse distribution, ensuring a smooth workflow in our facility.
Duties
- Drive box truck (non-CDL) to deliver and pickup goods.
- Load and unload materials from trucks.
- Assist with the operation of warehouse equipment including forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Support manufacturing department by learning certain machines to operate.
- Gain experience in various areas.
- Engage in heavy lifting tasks as required, demonstrating mechanical knowledge when handling equipment.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license with good driving record.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the shift.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety and efficiency in all tasks.
