OneStream Developer

We are currently seeking a qualified OneStream Consultant to support technical and financial management solution projects for our DoD clients. This role will focus on the design, development, enhancement, and sustainment of enterprise-level financial tools and requires a strong blend of functional finance knowledge, technical aptitude, and client service skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an OneStream Consultant, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team developing and enhancing enterprise financial management tools. This includes engaging in client-facing activities, problem solving through financial and accounting knowledge, and supporting technology-enabled solutions that improve performance and compliance for our clients.

• Apply financial management and accounting principles to design and implement business solutions.
• Support the development and rollout of enterprise-level financial management tools.
• Participate in and contribute to client requirement-gathering and refinement sessions.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams, client stakeholders, and non-technical users.
• Contribute to multiple phases of the project lifecycle, including analysis, development, documentation, and training.
• Produce high-quality documentation and training materials to support tool adoption.
• Engage in continuous learning to advance technical capabilities and knowledge of emerging industry trends.
• Occasionally travel and work extended hours based on project needs.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of combined commercial and federal experience with enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, hybrid (in-person and remote) environment.
• Familiarity with functional financial use cases such as Financial Close, FP&A, and Operational Analysis.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government security clearance.
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience with enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions.
• Exposure to data modeling, data visualization, and presentation techniques.
• Familiarity with data conversion, APIs, system integrations, and reporting/analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and presentation.
• Ability to thrive under aggressive deadlines and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong adaptability and rapid skill acquisition in dynamic environments.
  
  

SALARY:

Salary is commensurate with both location and experience.
