Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and personable Front Desk Administrator to join our team full-time. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our office, as you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key part in ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm upcoming visits
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Collect patient payments and post transactions accurately
- Maintain patient records with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth daily schedule flow
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and correspondence
Qualifications:
- Previous dental or medical front desk experience necessary
- Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance verification a plus
- Strong computer skills and experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
