What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Carpenter position at Andrew & Co. Design + Build?
We are currently seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for overseeing and executing various carpentry projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion.
We build new, custom homes and take on large-scale remodeling projects. We self-perform a lot the work we perform, meaning the Lead Carpenter MUST have experience in most of the facets of ground-up new builds (we do NOT perform HVAC, Plumbing, or Electric).
A strong work ethic, ability to effectively lead and motivate others, and dedication to quality are required.
You should have proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or similar role - Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools - Strong knowledge of carpentry and building techniques - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
