Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and drive growth.
  • Conduct thorough policy reviews and offer tailored recommendations that meet client needs.
  • Tackle and resolve complex customer issues with confidence and expertise.
  • Utilize your knowledge of our diverse insurance products to effectively recommend, explain, and sell policies to both warm and cold leads.
  • Generate new leads, schedule appointments, and pinpoint customer needs to market the perfect products and services.
 
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred.
  • Licensing Requirement: Candidates must obtain and maintain all state-mandated insurance licenses. Successful completion of applicable licensing exams and training programs is required.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster customer trust and loyalty.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving results.
  • Enthusiasm for engaging in sales conversations and helping clients find the right solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
  • People-oriented and detail-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
