This position is located at our Euless, Texas, facility.
The Plant Controller is responsible for leading all financial activities at the plant level, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, inventory control, and financial reporting. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial results, including oversight of cycle count programs and inventory valuation, while providing timely insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Serving as a key business partner to the Plant General Manager and Business Unit Controller, the Plant Controller delivers actionable financial analysis and supports ad hoc requests to drive performance, cost optimization, and continuous improvement across the facility.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams across the plant, as well as Accounting Shared Services (including Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets), to ensure alignment, accuracy, and efficiency in financial processes.
Reporting into the North American Accounting organization, the Plant Controller plays a critical role in upholding and enhancing corporate financial policies, controls, and best practices, while identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen compliance, and elevate overall financial performance at the plant level.

You Will Make An Impact By
- Overseeing and auditing all inventory control processes, including cycle count programs, to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintaining accurate inventory records through detailed analysis, reconciliations, and ongoing monitoring
- Reviewing and updating product costing to ensure accurate inventory valuation and alignment with financial standards
- Developing and delivering daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly plant-level financial and operational reports
- Partnering with plant leadership to develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts
- Analyzing plant financial performance and presenting actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
- Evaluating process flow and material usage to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
- Leading forecasting of plant operations, including KPIs and financial metrics
- Managing the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Ensuring adherence to corporate financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 8 years of relevant experience in cost accounting and FP&A within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of standard costing methodologies, plant accounting, and financial analysis
- Experience with general ledger accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting in a manufacturing setting
- Proven experience managing intercompany transactions, including inventory and transfer pricing impacts
- Hold a CPA or equivalent certification
- Have advanced knowledge of plant KPIs, cost drivers, and financial performance indicators
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
- Have experience working cross-functionally with plant leadership and corporate finance teams
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement
