Georgia Appearance Counsel - ATTORNEYS ONLY!

Andreu & Palma is a family-owned plaintiffs civil litigation firm practicing more than 23 years. We represent 6 of the 10 biggest banks in the USA! We file a high volume of court cases in GA on behalf of institutional clients. Often these cases require hearing attendance in GA courts. We are seeking to hire attorneys who enjoy going to court, and diligently representing our banking clients. This job is fully remote and involves both court room appearance as well as remote work helping oversee our case volume.

The majority of our court appearances are procedural. Very few trials or contested matters. Most of our cases involve default motions or other procedural requirements to obtain victory in our cases. This is not a litigation focued job, although occasionally there is simple litigation.

Appearance Attorney Responsibilities:

• Cover procedural hearings
• Represent our banking clients professionally in court
• Provide hearing results expeditiously
• Travel to courts where hearings are taking place
• Punctuality and clear communication with clients, staff, and adverse counsel

Appearance Attorney Qualifications:

• Good Standing with no issues to disclose on your GA Bar license
• Clean Background Check & Drug Test (conducted during hiring)
• No banking experience required, but you do need to be a licensed attorney, in Good Standing with your State, and be well-versed in GA civil procedure and GA court requirements.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
