Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Residential Cleaning Assistant to join our team. This role involves performing high-quality professional residential cleaning services throughout the Greater Capital District of NY, with most work in Bethlehem, NY . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail while working independentlyand/or as a team, and a commitment to superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, treating hard water build up, and ensuring all tasks assigned are complete and thorough.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company quality standards and client expectations.
- Travel to various job sites within the Greater Capital District with own reliable transportation.
- Interact professionally with clients while maintaining a judgment-free and helpful attitude.
- Handle and care for client property respectfully, including working around pets and clients that are home in a comfortable, considerate, and friendly manner.
- Follow safety guidelines and proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain communication with team members and supervisors to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites.
- Prior experience in cleaning, customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols each and every service.
- Excellent judgment-free customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Comfortable working in environments with pets.
- Must be in good physical condition and able to:
- Stand, kneel, bend, scrub, and reach throughout the duration of shift keeping a consistent pace.
- Push, pull, and lift up to 20 pounds as needed.
