Job Title: Professional House Cleaner / Residential Cleaning Technician (W-2 Employee)
Location: Paso Robles, CA (and surrounding North County areas)
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour mileage reimbursement
Job Type: Part-Time / 20-30 hours available

What We Offer:
Pay: $22.00/hour starting wage.
Paid Training: No professional experience required; we will teach you our system. Experience in cleaning industry is a plus!
Mileage Reimbursement: Paid out for driving your own vehicle between client homes.
W-2 Security: You are a fully protected employee, not an independent contractor.

- Reliable Transportation:
- Must have your own insured, reliable vehicle and a valid California Driver’s License to travel daily to homes across Paso Robles.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, bend, kneel, vacuum, and stand for up to 8 hours a day.
- Background Check: Must be willing to submit to a comprehensive criminal background check upon a conditional job offer.
- Punctuality: Must be reliably on time for morning shift roll calls. Responsible for accurate clocking in and out for breaks and lunches.
- Daily Responsibilities: Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.Dust, mop, vacuum, wipe down baseboards, and sanitize surfaces.Maintain a polite, professional attitude while working around clients and pets.Properly care for and track company-issued cleaning supplies and equipment.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
