I opened my agency in 2009. My background with State Farm consists of both the team member role and the agent role—before becoming a State Farm Agent, I worked for a State Farm Agent as a team member. My experience as a team member gives me a deep understanding on the position and what it takes to build a high performing team.
I grew up in McPherson, KS and I’m married with three grown children.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Andre Hale - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies.
- Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.
- Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
- Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred.
- Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
