What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Andre-Boudin Bakeries?
Our Cook (Heart of House) is responsible for preparing and executing recipes to standard by following process and policies of all operational standards of the kitchen.
Cook Responsibilities:
- Contributes to creating an excellent service experience for our guests
- Representing the brand positively
- Providing prompt service and quality products
- Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment
- upholds all operational standards.
- Weekend and Morning Shift Availability: 6:30-2:00
- Weekend and Closing Shift Availability: 2:00-10:00
We're looking for Cook with:
- A strong commitment to excellent customer service and food quality
- A knack for providing top-notch interactive service to our customers
- Previous experience in a restaurant/bakery (entry level employees also welcome)
- A desire to work in a supportive fun work environment
We offer Cook a complimentary meal per shift and:
- Competitive salary: $17.75-$18.00/Hour
- TIPS - All Boudin Team Members participate in the tip pool averaging an additional $2 - $4 per hour!
