Job Summary
Due to our continued growth, Andover Research, Ltd. is currently seeking career-oriented, highly motivated candidates with strong interpersonal skills to join our team as Executive Recruiters.
As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates nationwide within the Insurance sector. The successful applicant will be focused on building their own segment of the market within the general insurance and financial services space; working closely with the existing team, sharing information and contacts to capitalize on our extensive existing client base.
We are seeking outgoing & motivated individuals with 2-5 years of experience who are looking to build a long-term career. This is an unparalleled growth opportunity to manage your own segment of business at a Company who has been in business nearly 50 years.

Our recruiters work with clients to identify, screen, present and assist in hiring qualified candidates for permanent positions. Successful Candidate Qualifications:
- Self- Starter
- Outgoing; comfortable on the phone and dealing with people
- Ability to make significant number of calls each day
- Entrepreneurial attitude and mindset
- Ability to ultimately work with limited supervision
- *prior sales experience preferred but not required
