- Instructs assigned students employing varied instructional strategies; using technology where appropriate.
- Works cooperatively with colleagues, parents and administrators.
- Plans instruction with teaching team members and instructional specialist.
- Attends workshops and in-service seminars as prepared by Assistant Superintendent to improve instruction.
- Communicates regularly with parents and administration.
- Performs other reasonably related duties as required.
- Elementary Massachusetts Certification required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of varied instructional strategies.
- Evidence of current course work in elementary curriculum.
- Knowledge of technology as an instructional tool.
- Demonstrated understanding of sound growth and development principles.
- Evidence of strong interpersonal skills.
