Job Overview
We’re hiring a skilled Landscape Construction Laborer to join our residential construction team. In this role, you will be working on job sites throughout Andover and surrounding towns, transforming outdoor spaces through expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. Your hands-on expertise in landscape construction, plant care, site work, masonry and grading will help create stunning spaces that our clients will enjoy for many years to come. You will work closely with our dedicated team of landscape architects, fine gardeners, designers and specialists to execute high-end residential landscape construction projects from start to finish. Join our construction team as a landscape construction artisan and build high-end projects on top-tier residential properties.
Responsibilities:
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and outdoor landscaping equipment
- Assist with the construction of landscape features such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, planting beds, and irrigation systems.
- Perform detailed landscape maintenance tasks including edging, planting, and mulching.
- Perform demolition, site preparation, fence installation, and sod installation.
- Maintain safety during equipment operation and outdoor work activities.
- Perform and support irrigation installation and repairs.
Requirements:
- 2 years of professional residential landscape construction experience preferred; candidates with a foundation in landscaping and or tool operation and eager to build a career in landscape construction are encouraged to apply.
- Must care deeply about project results and details.
- Must be versatile and capable of pivoting between different projects.
- Must be an energetic team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Must bring strong stamina and ability to perform demanding labor in varying outdoor weather conditions every day.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with crew members and management.
- Able to work Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
- DOT Medical Certificate (upon starting work)
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
