Key Accountabilities
- Provide administrative support to executive officers, human resources, and retail banking departments
- Maintain knowledge of bank regulations, security, and compliance responsibilities, policies, procedures, and meet deadlines
- Assist in the retail and human resources departments
- Provides accurate, efficient, and exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- One year related technical school and/or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Proficient in Microsoft programs, especially Excel and Word
- Extremely confidential and customer service oriented
