What are the responsibilities and job description for the Internship (Educational Credit) position at ANDMORE®?
The Event Marketing Internship is an UNPAID internship for school
Must be available to work Monday – Friday
Hybrid schedule, with TWO onsite days per week (or as needed)
Required to work entire market week during internship (may include weekends)
Attend any fashion related events during internship period
Potential to travel to Las Vegas (Spring and Summer semesters only)
Internship Description
Assist with planning and execution of onsite events during Atlanta and Las Vegas Apparel Markets, such as:
Kick Off Parties
Fashion Shows
Live Modeling Demonstrations
Live Photoshoots
Interactive Installations
Sponsored amenities, events, and activations
Photo Opportunities
Fashion Vignettes
Assist in the creation and implementation of creative Marketing Campaigns
Ideate and research potential brand activations and engaging activities to implement during Market
Researching industry events and conferences, and creating mood boards to utilize as inspiration for our Markets
Assist in “Programming and Education” initiatives to implement at Market, such as:
Research industry experts, fashion or industry influencers, and/or talent
Assist in creation of Q&A’s and panel/ seminar topics
Travel Logistics and Operations involved in partnering with speakers and panelists
Collecting vendor logos, headshots, and necessary information for signage needs and marketing collateral
Assist Fashion Office in all planning and execution of Virtual and Live Fashion Shows and Live Modeling Presentations
Assist in product outreach and selection for Curated Lounges, Vignettes, Window Displays,
Support Events & Fashion team on vendor and talent outreach and model bookings as needed
Supporting the Marketing team and Fashion Office as a Production Assistant during Market, completing tasks such as:
Picking Up and Returning Product and Apparel Samples
Dressing and styling vignettes, displays, installs, mannequins and models
Assist in lining, bodying, styling Seasonal Fashion Shows, Model Demos and Photoshoots
Steaming, hanging, tagging, and setting up product
