Product Marketing Intern - Fall 2026

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & REPONSIBILITIES; other duties as assigned:

• Primary responsibilities of the role surround the management of MIR (Marketing Implementation Request) processes, and may include:
  • Information gathering from marketing, engineering, and other departments as applicable
  • Entry of gathered data into MIR forms and databases
  • Follow-up on missing data elements
  • Verification of gathered information
• As time allows, additional support would be provided on the following items:
  • Complete data entry / import data into Dynamics 365.
  • Provide Andis.com web support including link verification and identifying missing images and updating products.
  • Assist in the management and organization of Andis digital assets.
  • Establish a competitive market analysis database for images that correspond with slide decks.
  • Assists the Product Marketing team with varied market research, definition of new product scopes, coordination of prototype evaluation and testing at various stages of development, and development of product launch plans.
  • Provides customer service and sales with support on basic product questions such as product features.
  • Assists in the creation and management of a field test database.
  • Makes follow-up phone calls, texts, videos, or messages to Field Test team as well as local shop visits to obtain feedback.
  • Ships products to the field tester groups, creating UPS shipping labels through the shipping website and preparing/packing product & marketing inclusions into boxes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be enrolled in an accredited technical school or university studying toward an associate/bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or Consumer Science preferred. 
• Clear communicator, motivated and ambitious
• Detail oriented with good written communication skills to ensure data integrity.
• Proficient in MS Office, preferably Power Point, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Project management and product management experience a plus.
