Head of Business Operations
Northern SF Bay Area Peninsula, CA | Hybrid 2x/week
A fast-growing advertising agency is hiring a Head of Business Operations to build and enforce the systems that power their next phase of scale.
This role is for a driver - someone who builds structure, enforces accountability, and connects Sales → Client Services → Finance → Tech with clean, consistent workflows.
You Will:
• Own CRM workflow architecture
• Enforce process discipline data hygiene
• Protect scope, pricing logic, and margins
• Lead technical PM with Engineering
• Build dashboards for forecasting, margins, pipeline, capacity
You Are:
• A systems thinker with 7–12 yrs BizOps/RevOps/PMO/Tech PM experience
• A clear, firm communicator who can say “no”
• Strong in CRM ownership change management
• Passionate about data tech; curious about the creator economy
Work directly with the CEO. Build the operational engine. Start January 2026.
