You’ll be asked to tackle initiatives that sit at the intersection of strategy and execution: structuring solutions, aligning teams, and driving progress from concept to launch. In the absence of the Senior Director, this position will report to the next level manager unless otherwise defined or assigned.What you’ll do in the role:Partner with the SVP of Partnerships and interface regularly with senior executives including the CEO, SVP of Finance Accounting, SVP of Operations, VP of Marketing Enablement, and SVP of Product.Strategy Enablement: Take new strategies and programs from concept to implementation. Develop designs, SOPs, and training to bring initiatives to life (e.g., launching clinical programs for patients with complex medication needs).Account Management Infrastructure: Build systems and tools that make complex partnerships run smoothly—such as executive dashboards, performance review materials, and workflows to track and resolve partner needs.Partnerships Enablement: Support AndHealth’s Deal Desk, developing proformas, preparing contracts, and guiding weekly decision-making meetings to move partnerships across the line.
